DEPOSITS & BONDS

Nonrefundable deposits are required upon booking for all clients,

This deposit is then deducted from the final cost of your service if you choose not to rebook however if you decide to create another appointment the deposit will be held as a bond.

This deposit is nonrefundable in all cases and cannot be used on products if a change of mind occurs

however, it can be transferred to another date if given a minimum of 3 days' notice.

CANCELLATION FEE

If you are unable to give 3 working day’s notice a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment price will be taken over the phone and your deposit will be forfeited.

We are closed on Mondays and Sundays this is not classified as a working day.

If we are unable to get your cancellation fee it will be added to your next booking
